Costing is sorted into four categories:

Bronze
Bronze - £400 minimum

We clear the house of all contents and any rubbish.  Anything we can sell gets counteracted against the bill. 
Silver
Silver-

In addition to the bronze service, we clean from top to bottom. 
Gold

Gold - £600 minimum

All of the above and we lift the carpets.  This service is available to Letting Agents and Landlords .
Platinum
Platinum - £800 minimum

This all in one service includes clearing and tidying the garden so that the property is ready for resale or to let. 


All charges are at a minimum price as we will have to evaluate how much rubbish is there and how many loads.
